The Palace Hotel is nestled in the quaint, stunning town of Buxton, with amazing views of the Peak District National Park. It is rich with history, dating back all the way to the 19th century, and stands as one of Buxton’s most revered and iconic buildings.
This hotel is an extremely popular choice for weddings all throughout the year, with its five acres of glorious landscape posing as the perfect backdrop for your special day.
Buxton has several local parks and gardens full of blossoming plants and vast greenery, ideal for post-wedding photos and romantic walks. The town also has a vibrant high-street of well-known shops as well as charming independent stores to explore.

We have 4 stunning available wedding suites perfect for celebrations of all sizes.
CAVENDISH SUITE
The Cavendish Suite is a stunning space boasting large floor length windows welcoming in natural light from the garden views. It is also equipped with chandeliers, a classic fireplace and feature pillars.
This suite has connecting doors to the Chatsworth Suite.

HADDON SUITE
Located on the first floor, the Haddon Suite is a gorgeous space with high ceilings and a large bay window creating a large spacious feeling. The suite is decorated with stunning interiors including five opulent chandeliers.

CHATSWORTH SUITE
The Chatsworth Suite is equipped with heigh ceilings, large ornate mirrors and floor length windows looking out onto the beautiful gardens. Embellished with Victorian wall art, this suite also includes decorative cherry blossom trees, a mobile dance floor and a sound system.
This suite has connecting doors to the Cavendish Suite.

HIGH PEAK BALLROOM
The High Peak Ballroom is an amazing suite featuring high ceilings, stained glass windows, a permanent large stage and also a balloon drop, perfect for creating the best wedding moment you can.
This suite also includes a sound and lighting system as well as a private bar.
